Marcia Bench, J.D., C.B.C., knows firsthand what it means to turn professional expertise into a new and fulfilling business. A former attorney turned entrepreneur, she has spent more than three decades helping accomplished professionals clarify their next chapter and build businesses around what they know.
In 2001, Marcia founded Career Coach Institute, pioneering the first coach certification program in the career-development industry. She grew the company internationally, serving clients in 42 countries, and sold it in 2020.
Marcia has sold three businesses and written 30 books, including Taking the Leap: From Executive or Employee to Female Founder, The High-Ticket Group Coaching Method, Conscious Client Attraction, and The Tao of Entrepreneurship. Her work has been published by Simon & Schuster and Hay House.
